Community Workshop Series

We are pleased to offer the 2015 First Nations Workshop Series Conference. Our intention is to provide high quality, relevant and interactive workshops with useful information that you can apply immediately.

We are offering 3 workshops:

1. Band Management & Best Practices – you will learn best practices in key areas of management responsibility, discuss common challenges and how to overcome them.
2. Effective HR Planning – you will gain an understanding of how HR practices and policies can nurture an organization’s culture, protect them from legislative threats and drive their productivity.
3. Establishing an Economic Development Corporation – you will gain a stronger understanding of what it takes to create an economic development corporation.

If you desire to learn in a supportive environment from engaged facilitators and from your peers, then this is a must attend conference.
