Vision Quest 2014 – From Vision to Reality

Vision Quest is back by popular demand for a 18th year! This year’s event will once again be held at the RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg, May 13-15, 2014,  where we will host nearly 1,000 Conference participants as we well as over 80 exhibits. Over the last 17 years, nearly than 12,000 people have shared in plenary and workshop sessions, partnership building, cultural and networking events.

Michelle Thrush is a Gemini Award-winning actor who has been working professionally in film, television and theatre for over 20 years. Her current projects include Blackstone on APTN, and Arctic Air on CBC, and she was named Alberta Aboriginal Role Model of the Year in 201


Stefan RichardStefan Richard is a father, speaker, and former professional wrestler from Sagkeeng First Nation who lost everything and nearly his life to the horrors of drug addiction. Today he shares his experience, strength and hope through the story of his meteoric rise as a professional wrestler, incredible fall, and eventual redemption.2.

 

Don BurnstickDon Burnstick is a comedian and motivational speaker who uses humour and performance to provide a holistic approach to healing and personal wellness. The youngest of 15 children, coupled with growing up on the reserve, taught Don a variety of means of defending himself, not the least of which became his use of humour.
