Intermediate Arabic I: A practical course which reviews Arabic grammar and helps students to achieve fluency in oral and written skills. The objective is to develop writing, reading and listening skills in order to be able to read and understand a variety of texts, and to converse and write in the target language using new structures, verbs, tenses, and a wide range of new vocabulary related to daily, intellectual and professional life.

PhD in Arabic or equivalent; native or near-native Arabic language competency; knowledge of media technology and valid pedagogical experience in second language teaching. The Hiring Committee will conduct individual interviews with chosen candidates.
