The Client Services Analyst supports Senior Management by providing data analytics and technical information on internal processes and client services. The position will be responsible for quality assurance of financial reports and internal data; implementing and maintaining operating procedures; and the testing and maintenance of business applications to meet current and future business needs. The position will also develop training and be actively involved in training staff across the Client Services Branch. Additionally, the position will support the development and ongoing maintenance of the new Real Property Connect Client Portal which is currently under development.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • University degree in commerce, economics, business administration, public administration, or a comparable discipline; with three years progressive related experience (defined below), or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

    Relevant experience may include:

    • Experience managing projects and/or project components.
    • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat, and other standard computer applications.
    • Experience with business applications including user support, data integrity, administrative functions, troubleshooting and user acceptance testing.
  • Preference may be given to applicants with experience with finances (eg. budget management, financial reporting).
