What is the opportunity?

The Transformation Services branch provides enterprise services to support the execution of the 12|21 corporate strategic plan and service delivery plans and services to ensure architecture alignment across domains. Services include project, portfolio and resource management; enterprise architecture strategic alignment and enterprise architecture design, development and stewardship.

The Project Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to perform project management coordination duties and be directly accountable for and manage assigned portions of projects (sub-projects). The Project Coordinator may assist and support one or more Project Managers in the management of large business and/or IT related projects, and may also provide support to various project management office functions under the project management office umbrella.

What do you need to succeed?


  • A two year college diploma with completion of training and course work in project management, OR
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
  • Two years of experience as project team member.
  • Experience using office productivity applications (e. g. MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) and project management applications (e. g. MS Project).


  • PMI Certified Associate in Project Management or equivalent, or is working towards is preferred.
