Scheduling Training Manager
Administrative Officer R18

The Scheduling Training Manager is responsible for designing and delivering training programs for SC Scheduling (SCS) processes including the Supreme Court Scheduling System to judges, masters and registrars, SC Scheduling staff and other judicial staff. The position is also responsible for leading business process improvement initiatives, analyzing current processes, and designing and implementing business process improvements.

Job Requirements:

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • Diploma in adult education or a related field plus related training development and coordination experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Knowledge of a variety of adult training and development methods and their application. Knowledge of training development and delivery principles and training policies and procedures.
  • 3 years’ minimum experience training staff, leading teams and projects.
  • 1 to 3 years experience of change management processes.
  • Experience in, and knowledge of, judicial or court administration preferred.
