The Ministry of Health (MOH) is responsible for several key Provincial Government outsourced Alternative Service Delivery (ASD) initiatives. The Business Management Office (BMO) is the conduit between the Ministry and the Alternative Service Delivery (ASD) partner responsible for Health Insurance BC (HIBC) program (service provider: MAXIMUS BC); and, the ASD partners for the build and operations of key components of the electronic health records infrastructure and the Provincial Information Laboratory Solution (HIAL-PLIS) (service provider: Oracle/Provincial Health Services Authority). The BMO is responsible for governing all aspects of these ASD arrangements, including managing the relationships between key Ministry/external stakeholders and ASD partners.
The Role: The Senior Contract Administrator manages the procurement life-cycle for all alternative service delivery (ASD) contracts and other service contracts for the Business Management Office and other branches within the Health Sector IM/IT Division, as required.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field and 2 years of related experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Related experience is defined as a combination of the following:
- Experience of project management support or contract management.
- Experience in the procurement life cycle and in analyzing complex issues, evaluating options and recommending solutions.
- Experience in working collaboratively with various stakeholders on business process change projects.
- Experience monitoring contractual deliverables and performance.
Preference may be given to applicants with:
- Experience with change management.
- Experience in financial management.
- Experience with government alternative service delivery/outsourcing projects and/or procurement processes.
