This position is restricted to MCFD, applicants must be currently working for the Ministry of Children and Family Development to be considered.
Reporting to the Director of Operations in the Provincial Centralized Screening branch, the role of this position is to analyze and evaluate program performance and provide recommendations for improvement. . The Provincial Centralized Screening Branch acts as a call centre and first line of response for the reporting of incidents across the province.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience in analyzing and evaluating program performance.
- Preference may be given to candidates with experience using Teleopti or other scheduling platforms.
- Preference may be given to candidates with supervisory experience.
