Serve as a change agent and thought leader
Training and coaching to:
Optimize the use of the organization’s capabilities to maximize business value
Gain alignment across the organization on the Agile working model & Transformation
Support all steps of the product delivery lifecycle
Collaborate with the ESC team coaches within the organization
Establishing COEs in the organization to spread common practices and behaviors
Aid in delivery of strategic programs in Express Scripts Canada
Contributes to and executes on transformation roadmap deliverables
Guidance on identifying and overcoming challenges in the Agile transition journey
Experience working with business and IT side of agile transformation
Experience with Scrum and Lean techniques and practices
Ability to act as change agent throughout the organization
Contributes to measuring transformation change through metrics
Experience with various agile-based techniques such as Impact Mapping, Story Mapping, Opportunity Canvases, Team Working Agreements, various effective Retrospective techniques, Feature-Based Teams, Value mapping, etc.
Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, collaboration and interpersonal skills
Strong intuition and coaching capability, able to wear multiple hats and step-in (with transparency) when a team needs it
Ability to embrace fluidity and ambiguity and quickly adapt to change
Coach to optimize use of the organization’s capabilities to deliver value
Coach to embrace change and streamline organizational flow to optimize delivery of value to customers
Experience with Agile Lifecycle tools such as Jira/Confluence.
Involvement in the Agile/Lean Community
Certification in Agile (CSM,CSPO,SAFe);
2+ year coaching cross organization in an agile transformation
3-5 years relevant experience, or Master’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in delivery
