Position Summary :

An introduction to the study of world cultures, focusing on the exploration of ethnographic case studies and the development of inter-cultural competencies through a problem-based approach, including participation in the Community Action Project developed by the Center for Public Anthropology.

The syllabus for this course has already been developed and the textbook has been selected.
Textbook: Sociocultural Anthropology: A Problem based Approach by: Robbins, Cummings, McGarry
Previous teaching experience using this textbook is an asset.

Qualifications – Other : BA plus Master’s Degree in Anthropology will also be accepted
