The Manager, Divisional Operations develops and implements the division wide administrative policies, procedures and standards required to provide highly effective and efficient cross-divisional administration.   The Manager is responsible for the quality of all external correspondence and for ensuring the ADM is aware of, and responds to, issues arising from the Minister’s or Deputy Minister’s offices, Question Period, or issues raised directly through regional offices.  The Manager is also responsible for managing the finances within the ADM’s Office.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • Experience in a senior administrative role.
  • Experience dealing with highly confidential and sensitive issues.
  • Experience in coordinating and responding to financial, human resources and administration issues.
  • Experience in preparing written and oral communications, including conveying, interpreting and presenting data and information to senior managers and executives.

Preference may be given to candidates with the following:

  • 3 or more years’ experience in a senior administrative role.
  • Completion of relevant post-secondary education (Business Administration) is an asset.
