This is an exciting time to join the award winning Regulatory and Service Improvement team as we continue to build policy-making capacity, engage in cross-government challenges, set quality standards across government, and showcase the many improvements across the B.C. government.
The Manager leads a diverse portfolio of projects related to improving government services and B.C.’s extensive regulatory framework. Working with all B.C. government ministries and external stakeholders, the Manager establishes and leverages effective working relationships to build project coalitions and achieve results. The Manager provides strategic advice and recommendations to the Director and supervises a team of Senior Advisors.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Post-secondary degree in public administration, related field, or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of three years progressive, recent, and related experience.
- Experience establishing collaborative relationships and leading organizational change associated with implementation.
- Experience leading complex projects with multiple project delivery components.
