The Senior Director, Strategic Priorities and Project Delivery Office is a key member of the senior management team of the Provincial Identity Information Management (IDIM) Program and is accountable to lead and direct the development, implementation and evaluation of IDIM’s projects and initiatives and ensure they are aligned with strategic priorities. This involves overseeing the delivery of a diverse portfolio of major projects including extremely complex and high-profile projects. Projects are taken from the original concept through to final completion.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • Degree in business administration, public administration, related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership roles at a senior level leading complex and/or transformation projects.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in establishing collaborative relationships with executives and leading organizational change associated with implementation.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading programs in some or all of the following areas:  project management strategic planning and service design.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and coaching multi-disciplinary senior level professionals and/or managers in the development and implementation of complex projects.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business planning, contract management, financial management, and negotiations.

Preference may be given to candidates with more than 5 years experience in any of the following:

  • Experience in leadership roles at a senior level leading complex and/or transformation projects.
  • Experience in establishing collaborative relationships with executives and leading organizational change associated with implementation.
  • Experience in leading programs in some or all of the following areas:  project management strategic planning and service design.
  • Experience in leading and coaching multi-disciplinary senior level professionals and/or managers in the development and implementation of complex projects.
  • Experience in business planning, contract management, financial management, and negotiations.
