Degree in Business
Demonstrated knowledge in the current content of BU111 and BU121
Experience and demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate business courses at the introductory level in large classes
Experience and demonstrated ability to coordinate a team of instructional assistants
Experience and demonstrated ability to deal with student management issues such a grade assessments and academic misconduct
Experience and demonstrated ability to work as part of a faculty teaching team to ensure consistency across classes in a multi-section course
Wilfrid Laurier University Research Ethics Board training certificate
Experience and demonstrated teaching ability as a BU111 or BU121 instructional assistant would be preferred
A master’s degree in business would be an asset
