Qualifications – Required : Bachelor’s Degree
Qualifications – Other :

  • Degree in Business
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the current content of BU111 and BU121
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate business courses at the introductory level in large classes
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to coordinate a team of instructional assistants
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to deal with student management issues such a grade assessments and academic misconduct
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to work as part of a faculty teaching team to ensure consistency across classes in a multi-section course
  • Wilfrid Laurier University Research Ethics Board training certificate
  • Experience and demonstrated teaching ability as a BU111 or BU121 instructional assistant would be preferred
  • A master’s degree in business would be an asset

Salary : Undergraduate Rate – $8000.00
