Supervise and care for child in employer’s residence.
Bathe, dress, change diapers and feed the child.
Plan, prepare and serve nutritious meals for child and may perform other housekeeping duties.
Oversee child’s activities, such as meals and rest periods, as instructed by employer.
Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
Instruct child in personal hygiene.
Tend to the emotional well-being of the child and support their social development.
Discipline the child according to the methods requested by the parents.
Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings.
May take the child to and from appointments.
May be required to keep records of daily activities and health information regarding each child.
