The Information Line Clerks advise the public on the application and interpretation of the Employment Standards Act and related Acts by providing information and assistance to employers and the general public and employees who file complaints as well as perform intermediary services to promote the self-resolution of simple disputes between employers and employees.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Grade 12 graduation or equivalent (i.e. GED)
- Minimum of three years of experience and/or training in administrative support
- Six months experience and/or training providing information or service to a large volume of clients
- A minimum of one year of experience in data base management, word processing, spreadsheet and other standard computer applications
- Preference may be given to applicants with call centre experience
