The Administrative Coordinator provides high quality and timely administrative/financial and coordinating services and support to the Arts and Cultural Development Branch and Corporate Initiatives and Strategic Policy.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent (i.e. GED); AND a minimum of three years of progressively responsible recent, related secretarial/administrative experience as indicated below.
- An equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training may be considered.
- Experience in calendar management.
- Experience preparing a variety of executive correspondence.
- Experience in records management.
- Experience handling financial management transactions.
- Experience coordinating meetings/seminars and making travel arrangements.
- Experience in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email, Internet and other standard computer applications in MS Office.
Preference may be given to applicants who have any of the following:
- Experience working in a senior management/executive office setting.
- Experience using a correspondence tracking system.
- Experience developing, implementing and maintaining administrative systems, procedures and standards.
