The Patient Care Quality Review Board Department receives and processes requests from members of the public who wish to have their health care complaints previously submitted to the health authorities’ Patient Care Quality Offices reviewed. The Department also acts as the liaison between a set of review boards, the health authorities and the Minister of Health.
The Role: The purpose of this position is to provide project management support services throughout the project management life-cycle of the Department’s records systems redesign (i.e. initiation, planning, execution, control and close-out) in consultation with project managers and client managers.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
- 1 year experience providing project management support services.
- 8 months of experience with records classification schedules, such as, ARC/ORCS and TRIM.
- 8 months of experience with records management system, such as, Access or CLIFF.
- Willing to work in regular/frequent exposure to difficult and sometimes disturbing information involving health related adverse events impacting a range of populations, including children.
