The Resource and Contract Administrator provides technical and administrative support for resource authorizations and other regional operations programs.
You are a skilled information gatherer, able to use the internet, industry databases and other sources to retrieve information and provide relevant findings. A highly effective communicator with conflict resolution skills, you analyze client information and deal with sensitive issues in a calm, productive manner.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
Education and Experience
- Secondary school graduation and 1-year clerical experience. Experience in keyboarding, word processing, creating spreadsheets and working with standard computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Demonstrated experience and/or training with business writing, editing and formatting.
- Experience identifying problems and developing options for resolution within policies and guidelines.
- Experience coding, processing, storing, tracking and retrieving records and information.
- Experience computing a variety of mathematical calculations and using applications to enter and retrieve data, performing accounting functions and producing financial reports.
Preference may be given to applicants with the following:
- Experience working with tenures administration.
