Under the supervision of the Manager, Community Recreation, the Community Recreation Supervisor assists in planning, organizing and promoting recreation activities and special events for the Military Community. He/she assists in monitoring and evaluating recreation programs. The Community Recreation Supervisor assists with program registration and inputs all registrations into a computerized program. He/she provides administrative services, supervises employees and sets work schedules and responsibilities.
College diploma or certificate in Sports Administration, Recreation Management, Leisure Services, or a related field, AND some years of experience in recreation administration, or in a related field
High school Diploma and several years of experience in a related field
Current CPR and Basic First Aid qualifications
Language Requirement: English Essential
• In planning, organizing and evaluating the operations and delivery of recreation programs
• In program development and instruction
• In applying policies, procedures, regulations, and applicable legislation
• In supervising personnel and volunteers
• Of budget administration
Salary: $22.46/hr – $24.38/hr
