Requirement and Skills:

• Education: Completion of Secondary education
• Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers who operate crane and construction equipments like: paving, drilling.
• Prepare production and reports;
• Train or arrange training for new employees;
• Oversee workers everyday activities and update schedule for all projects;
• Coordinate schedules and activity and assuring meeting deadlines;
• Determine the best solution to problems, and advise measures to improve productivity;
• Ensure company policy and adherence to safety standards;
• Requisition for supplies and needed materials.
