Salary: $17.50 / Hour for 40 Hours / Week

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience preferably in South Indian Cuisine

Specific Skills:
� Prepare all kind of South Indian dishes items as per menu like Sambar, All kind of Currys and greavy, Vada,iIdli, Appam,Biryani(Calicut) etc.;
� Capable to make Dosa, Uttapam, Parotha and other south Indian Snacks;
� Good knowledge of south Indian dishes and gravies;
� Inspect kitchens and food service areas;
� Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food;
� Supervise kitchen staff and helpers;
� Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
� Clean your work area and perform other duties as required;
� Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling, or piercing them with utensils;
� Work with specialized cooking equipment;
� Work with minimal supervision;
� Organize and manage buffets and catering.
