Best Royal Consulting Ltd. is seeking an organized, efficient, hardworking and detail oriented Executive Assistant to join out firm in Burnaby, BC

Duration : Permanent

Position : Full-time Executive Assistant

Job Duties :

  • Establish, co-ordinate and supervise administrative policies and procedures company
  • Maintaining office system, website, including data management and clients’ records
  • Conduct research, collect data, and prepare meetings for director’s consideration and presentation
  • Analyze information and date producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations to director
  • Organizing and maintain diaries, prepare agendas and make arrangements for regular meetings and specific events
  • Meet with individual clients, special interest groups and others on behalf of director to discuss issues and comp up with solutions by consulting with director
  • Assisting teams, including but not limited to amending contracts and preparing presentations
  • Communicate and reinforce coordination with team leaders and with contractors and other related organizations on behalf of director

Job Requirements :

  • University degree or college diploma in business or public administration or a related field is required
  • Some experience in related position is required

Wage : $26.00 – $28.00 per hour depending on experience. 10 days of paid vacation per year or 4% of vacation pay

Working hours : 40hrs per week.
