The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Fitness & Sports Program plays a prominent role in promoting fitness and good health within the military community.  CAF physical fitness programs, standards and policies are designed to prepare and assess a CAF member’s ability to meet and surpass the physical rigors of CAF operations and inspire CAF members to improve their physical fitness and build their leadership and self-discipline skills.

We are seeking an innovated individual to plans and coordinate the operations and delivery of Base/Wing/Unit physical fitness, sports, and recreation programs and special events. The ability to motivate employees and clients paired with the drive to fulfill all aspects of the Fitness Program within the Canadian Forces is essential. He/She must be detail orientated with excellent communication and organization skills. An understanding of the unique physical fitness requirements related to the Canadian Forces will be considered an asset. Current CPR, First Aid and CPT qualifications are required. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge level of conversational French.
