Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Establish work schedule; Delegate tasks to workers who prepare and serve food, ensure that employees follow all safety and health codes, and that food is prepared correctly and quickly; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Prepare and submit reports; Train new employees, coach employees about how to improve their work habits, and handle complaints from customers when they arise.
Wage: $12.75/hr for 32 hours/week
