Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Address customer’s complaints or concerns. Ensure food service and quality control. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. Prepare and submit reports. Establish methods to meet work schedules.
Completion of secondary education required. 2-3 years work experience in the food service industry required. Ability to communicate in English required.
$15.50 per hour, 40 hours per week, permanent, full-time, morning, days, evenings, weekend shifts. Medical, dental, group insurance, vision care and life insurance benefits optional upon successful completion of probationary period.
