Salary: $15.29 hourly for 32 to 50 hours per week

Job requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Additional Skills: Perform general farm duties; Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment; Maintain work records and logs; Hire and train staff

Area of Specialization: Poultry

Type of Farm Operations: Poultry and egg production

Security and Safety: Bondable; Driver’s validity licence check;
Criminal record check; Basic security clearance

Farm Supervisors Specific Skills: Maintain quality control and production records; Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers; Develop work schedules and establish procedures; Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs; Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed

Personal Suitability: Team player; Excellent oral communication; Organized
