Hiring a Cook
– Completion of high school is required.
– Several years (2~3 years) of commercial cooking experience or, completion of college or other program in cooking is required.
– Main duties: Prepare, cook and complete quality dishes; Maintain stock and inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment; Train and supervise junior cooks and kitchen helpers; and Assure and maintain safety and quality of food served
– 35 hours per week (full-time & permanent position)
– Wage & benefit: $14 ~ $15 per hour depends on qualification, 15 days paid vacation or 6 % of vacation pay, gratuities
