The Indigenous Reconciliation Group (IRG) is an Ottawa-based Indigenous-owned company committed to supporting change in advancing reconciliation. We provide adult education, coaching, mentoring and facilitation across Canada in the areas of Indigenous cultural competence, anti-racism, change management and coaching for real action for reconciliation. We believe that reconciliation is a journey taken by Indigenous people and non-Indigenous people, working in relationship and respecting the strengths in each other. At the IRG, we are motivated by hard work, a belief in equity for Indigenous people in Canada, and having fun. The IRG is looking for like-minded First Nations, Inuit or Métis adult education facilitators and change-leaders to join our team. Qualified candidates will have at least five years’ experience thinking and talking about the complexity of race and culture, and possess strong computer skills in Microsoft cloud-based applications and social media platforms. Qualified candidates will also have at least four years’ experience in least three of the following skillsets:
Facilitation with adults, especially in topics that benefit from skills in conflict resolution
adult education and curriculum design/development
change management theory and coaching
working in the private sector with emphasis on building sales relationships
proposal writing, report writing
