In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • Diploma or certification in the computer science or informatics fields.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience with the technical installation, configuration, maintenance and problem resolution of hardware, software, operating systems and network components.
  • Experience with change management processes and project management methodologies.

Preference may be given to applicants with:

  • Experience with the Canadian Health System, health informatics and trends in eHealth.
  • Experience with telephony systems and contact centre technology.
