In this position you will provide technical expertise and advice in the design and development of new and/or enhanced custom applications, lead the technical implementation of custom applications, conduct technical quality assurance audits / post implementation reviews, design, code, test and implement application fixes; and update, document and support infrastructure related tools and utilities.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • Computer Science or Computer Engineering Degree with 2 years of equivalent work experience; OR Diploma in a related field with 3 years of equivalent work experience; OR Certification in a related field with 5 years of equivalent work experience as an intermediate application developer.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SQL Server, Oracle database design, development, PL/SQL and Object Relational Modeling with different tools such as Entity framework and LINQ
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client-side development using JavaScript, jQuery, CSS and HTML
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ASP.NET, C# and MVC Framework

Preference may be given for:

  • Experience in development of REST API and SOAP web services.
  • Experience in using version control tools and issue tracking systems.
  • Experience in data modelling, process modelling, and/or business area analysis techniques.
  • Experience with responsive design techniques.
