Role accountabilities:

As Senior Team Lead of Business Analysis, you will lead business analysis and consulting services and plan and manage change for ongoing business and technology projects. This is a high-profile role where you function as a senior level specialist, directing strategies and standards for IT staff; planning and managing multiple complex systems projects; collaborate with executive and establish systems reengineering plans and budgets; and conduct high level analysis of possible program/systems solutions. This is a challenging position where you will manage the business impact of system changes through strong leadership and advocate for the ministry’s technology needs, while ensuring client requirements and priorities are understood and met throughout the systems development cycle.

You are an innovative IM/IT business professional with experience providing analysis for front-line systems with complex interactive business processes. As Senior Team Lead, you are able to manage the business impacts of systems changes and lead the development of user training and educational materials, and oversee business needs assessments, data collection and technology research. You are multifaceted and collaborative and will enjoy leading a high-functioning, results-oriented team on numerous complex projects. The Senior Team Lead, Business Analysis has the ability to translate vision to goals and strategies through analysis, facilitation and organizational change leadership.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • Degree, diploma, certification in the computer science field or a related field; OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience providing business analysis for key front-line systems with complex interactive business processes and multi-ministry impacts.
  • Experience in the supervision of staff.
