Hanil International Corporation o/a Motel 6 Innisfail is looking for a Motel Managing Supervisor (permanent / full time position)

Job title: Motel Managing Supervisor
Terms of employment: Permanent & Full time Position
Location: 4512 42nd Avenue, Innisfail, AB, T4G 1P6

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Hire, Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Co-ordinate the work schedules and activities of staff members and room bookings
Prepare and submit progress and reports for further improvements of the motel facility
Ensure smooth motel operation by arranging maintenance and repairs of electronic systems, equipment and machinery on regular basis Supervise, coordinate and oversee the breakfast serving activities by monitoring food and beverage qualities and guest services
Order equipment and supplies when needed, in order to prevent any potential shortage of inventory
Address and handle any customer or employee complaints/concerns and other work-related problems
Facilitate guest departures by providing excellent customer services and ensuring guest satisfactions

Academic, Training and Experience Qualifications

At least secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent
Previous relevant work experience is an asset.


Salary: $19.00 per hour for 40hrs a week at 52 weeks a year

Flexible work hours

Day, Morning, Night, Evening, Weekend


Vacation : 4% remuneration of gross salary
