Job Description:
- Examine, assess, and put new administrative processes into place.
- Assign tasks to the office support personnel.
- Set priorities for your task, make sure that protocol is followed, and meet deadlines.
- Perform establishment administration tasks.
- assemble information and create guides, letters, and periodic and special reports.
- Supervise and organize administrative office processes.
