We are looking for a motivated, hardworking and proactive office administrator.
- Oversee and co-ordinate offie administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new prodcedures
- Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff and ensure deadlines are met and procedures followed
- Coordinate and plan for office services
- Conduct analyze and oversee adminsitrative operations
- Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Prepare periodic reports.
- College degree/diploma an asset: high school or equivalent
- Willing to learn
- Flexibility and adaptability
- One year experience in offie environment
Job Type: full time salary: $22.00 per hour.
