We are looking for a motivated, hardworking and proactive office administrator.

JOB DUTIES

  • Oversee and co-ordinate offie administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new prodcedures
  • Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff and ensure deadlines are met and procedures followed
  • Coordinate and plan for office services
  • Conduct analyze and oversee adminsitrative operations
  • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare periodic reports.

Requirements:

  • College degree/diploma an asset: high school or equivalent
  • Willing to learn
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • One year experience in offie environment

Job Type: full time salary: $22.00 per hour.
