Education: Completion of Secondary School is required. College / University Diploma in Business or related field highly preferred)
Work Experience: 2-3years (Office Admin), Permanent full time
Intermediate English MUST
Salary: $ 23.50 / hour. Overtime salary 1.5 times the basic after 44 hrs / week
Hours of Work : Monday – Friday. 35 Hrs / week
Staff Responsibility: 1-5
• Supervise and co-ordinate office staff.
• Delegate and distribute office work amongst staff to ensure work completion.
• Supervise other staff members in record keeping and filing.
• Maintain office inventory and keeping records of the same.
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of sales staff.
