Perform data processing services accurately and efficiently including inputting, updating, to various computerized databases such as SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Java and applications of external service providers.
Perform clerical/administrative duties in support of system processes.
Work with various internal and external contacts and customers in the setup, maintenance, reporting and follow up of time reporting.
Knowledge of office administration, basic arithmetic and bookkeeping, to perform calculations
Records management and technical documents.
English to compose routine correspondence, reports and communicate effectively with others.
Excellent typing/keyboarding skills to set up and process forms, reports, etc. accurately and efficiently
Good knowledge of data processing equipment and software applications such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
This knowledge is considered to be normally acquired either through the successful completion of Grade XI in a Secondary, Commercial or Technical School or by having the equivalent level of education.
Understand the relationship between computerized information systems, e.g., SAP processes.
Experience with organization, work programs, practices, procedures and standards relative to records maintenance.
Time reporting systems such as TSS
Spreadsheet software to perform basic mathematical, tracking, verification and logging functions.
Operation of a computer terminal and the various computer hardware and software packages used for the input and retrieval of data.
Software applications and procedures associated with external service providers.
A period of up to three years is considered necessary to gain this experience.
