Job duties: Managing all segments of the resort including lodging, food and beverage management, housekeeping, attractions, and guest services. You’ll be in charge of employees, customer service, promotions, and quality control.
Skills and Education requirements
Good oral and written communication skills, team player, Reservation and Point of Sale application, good command of marketing and budgeting, be able to manage Front of the house and Back of the house, process timesheets, knowledge of accounting process is preferred.”be in charge of employees, customer service, promotions, and quality control.
Required education: University degree or college diploma.
Required work experience: Minimum 5 years.
