Mr. Sub requires 1 Restaurant Supervisor on permanent basis. Must have 1 year to less than 2-year Experience related education an asset.
JOB DUTIES AS A RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
- Overall supervision of the Restaurant operations including the staff members
- Responsible for smooth food service and timely execution of catering orders
- Oversee Maintenance and upkeep of kitchen and dining areas
- Make bi-weekly work schedule for staff
- Manage inventory and order food materials, spices and other supplies
- Assist the owner in recruitment and training of new staff
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Report customer complaints and concerns, if any
- Any other relevant tasks
