Position Summary
Do you have a passion for recruitment? Are you able to handle high volumes of work, have solid organization skills and can juggle multiple priorities and tasks? The Recruitment team is seeking a Service Partner who will support all aspects of the external recruitment function.

The Service Partner will perform technical and confidential administrative support as well as provide advice and guidance to hiring managers and employees on issues related to, but not limited to, offer letter clauses, job postings, and any policy issues. The Service Partner will be assigned a client group and together with the External Recruiter will take the lead for coordination of recruitment marketing events.

This is a temporary position until June 2020, or return of incumbent.

• Create and monitor external job postings
• Prescreen applicants
• Develop and maintain statistical reports
• Verify offer details, for example registration numbers, licenses/certification, sites, etc.
• Coordinate recruitment marketing events (regional, national, and international career fairs)
• Administer the sourcing strategy for each collective bargaining unit and non contract portfolio (e.g., brochures, advertisements, ad copy writing)
• Collect, organize, and report vacancy and other data to support the development of recruitment metrics
• Support the hiring Manager and Recruiter in creation of recruitment focused guides
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education, Training, and Experience
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
• CPHR is considered an asset
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience
• Candidates who demonstrate an equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered
