-Position: Sushi Cook
-Work Hours: 7 hours per day or 35 hours per week (Full-time), Permanent
-Wage: $17.00 per hour
-Benefit: 10 days paid vacation per year
-Prepare and cook Japanese meals from the menu.
-Make various types of sushi, sashimi, roll sushi and etc.
-Make party tray and combination sushi.
-Plan menus and determine size of food portions.
-Train kitchen helpers with advanced cooking skills.
-Clean own work area.
-Experience: Minimum 3 years of cook experience
-Language: English is required
-Education: Completion of Secondary School
