Team Lead, Business Analysis
Salary $66,200.03 – $75,658.71 annually plus 6.6% Temporary Market Adjustment
The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure plans transportation networks, provides transportation services and infrastructure, develops and implements transportation policies, and administers many related acts and regulations as well as federal-provincial funding programs, including the Building Canada Fund. To deliver on the Ministry’s mandate, the Information Management Branch supports the Ministry’s IM/IT requirements with innovative and responsive services. The Branch partners with central agencies and service providers in the provision of timely, cost effective solutions. As the Team Lead, Business Analysis, you will be responsible for providing business analysis/consulting services and for planning ongoing business and technology needs consistent with government and ministry strategic plans, system standards and interfacing requirements. In addition, you will provide expert advice to senior staff and lead multiple project teams.

Qualifications for this role include:
Degree in computer science field or business or equivalent and 3 years related experience; or
Diploma in computer science field or business or equivalent and 5 years related experience; or
Secondary school graduation or equivalent and 8 years of related experience.
3 years experience providing business analysis on high risk projects and critical line of business applications, including management of financial and human resources.
2 years experience supervising employees, project teams, and contractors.
2 years experience using change management processes and project management methodologies within an IT environment.
Preference may be given to applicants with experience in change management systems, such as JIRA
