Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating the design, development and maintenance of Internet and Intranet sites to manage an organization’s Internet presence including public relations, communications and commercial activities.
Daily meetings with production team lead to discuss campaigns and prioritize tasks.
Daily phone or physical meeting setting with existing with existing and prospective clients
Daily prospecting- physical or telephone cold calling.
Daily preparation for future prospecting- market research and list building.
Client report creation, deliver and discussion.
Delivery and discussion of free audit reports to prospects customer leads.
Delivery and discussion of proposals.
General account management duties for the purpose of client retention and inside sales.
Prospecting for new institutional and high new worth clients by networking, calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients;
Planning persuasive approaches and pitches, supported by the investment team, that will convince potential clients to do business with the company;
Developing a rapport with the new clients and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship;
Growing and retaining existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients;
Contributing to strategic planning by developing an appropiate pipeline of new business for the Company;
Maintaining and updating the Company’s business plan;
Leading the Company’s marketing efforts/ initiatives with regards to advertising campaigns, marketing and sales material, client communications, the Company’s website and online presence, etc.
Managing the Company’s general external image.
