The gourmet fair will kick off on September 1 with a grand banquet which will highlight the joint culinary creations of Frédéric Cyr, Executive Chef at Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, and that of two rising Aboriginal chefs. The banquet with Aboriginal colours and flavours will be a unique opportunity for us to create a scholarship for the upcoming talent in Aboriginal tourism, who will be directly involved in preparing the food for the occasion.
