Canadore College Hosts the 21st Annual Cultural Gathering

Canadore College is pleased to support the 21st Annual Cultural Gathering held on February 19 in the Education Centre Gymnasium. The event is an initiative of the Canadore Aboriginal Student Association.
This year’s theme is Honouring the Lifeblood of our Mother. The general community, along with special guests, drum groups and dancers, has been invited to participate in this one day event. This celebration of culture includes drumming, dancing, aboriginal crafts and a traditional feast.The Gathering provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow through a cultural exchange.
The Cultural Gathering will be held at The Education Centre, 100 College Drive, North Bay on February 19 from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. A Traditional Feast will be held at 5 p.m. at Nbisiing Secondary School.
