Changing demographics pose challenges, conference told

Shortages of skilled workers, worker retirements and diversity in the workforce — including more immigrants, aboriginal people and older workers — are going to put increasing strain on human resource departments in the province.

A day long conference on the changing demographics in the province indicates that Manitoba employers are probably not prepared for the breadth and depth of change.
