Collaboration in the New Economy: Working Together for Shared Vision & Purpose
Collaboration in the New Economy
March 19 to 20, 2008
Radisson Hotel Saskatoon
Hosted by the Saskatchewan Economic Development Association (SEDA)
SEDA encourages collaboration by bringing stakeholders together to enhance the economic capacity of Saskatchewan communities. We leverage human capital by encouraging various networks to exchange information, capitalize on emerging opportunities and focus on common goals. At last year’s March Forum hosted by SEDA and partners, the complexities and opportunities inherent to the Saskatchewan marketplace were discussed. Much progress has been made over the past year, however the potential for greater collaboration within and between geographic communities and communities of interest still exists. This includes greater cooperation and streaming between these stakeholders as well as with partners such as business, industry, the non-profit sector and educational institutions.
Our Provincial Learning Event on March 19th & 20th thus aims to build collaborative capacity by providing fundamental skillsets and highlighting unique models currently operating in Canada .
Let us take the next steps in the paradigm shift now underway in Saskatchewan by ensuring our development processes are innovative, inclusive and unique to our provincial framework.
