Dave Jones, Founder and CEO of Turtle Concepts

Release Date: January 29, 2013 NationTalk speaks to Dave Jones. Hailing from  Ojibwe Nation of the Garden River First Nation he is the founder and sole owner of Turtle Concepts (TC).  Dave’s organization namesake recognizes his  second Anishnabe Spirit Name – Miishiikehn – Turtle… and he is extrememly proud of his name and shares the pride he has in his culture worldwide.

Previously working as a School Teacher and with over 18 years of speaking to Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal communities,  Dave has positively affected and his unique  delivery of messages.  Turtle Concepts delivers empowerment workshops to all ages. These workshops are made community specific based on the foundations of Turtle Concepts which were developed when Dave was experiencing life challenges in his teenage years.
