Governments need to wake up and smell the cigarette smoke, critics say

A new study that shows one-quarter of Ontario smokers bought illegal cigarettes from aboriginal reserves is a wake-up call, critics say.
An Ontario Tobacco Research Unit study found that in one year, the province lost at least $72 million in taxes to illegal cigarettes, while Ottawa lost almost $50 million.
