Seven women behind some of Manitoba’s most successful companies were honoured at the event. Cynthia Brick, Celeste Brunel, Polly Craik, Christine Dubyts, Elba Haid, Brenda LaRose and Pat Turner were each recognized individually for their contributions.

“By acknowledging the achievements of successful women today, we hope to inspire the women of tomorrow,” said Howard.

The women are also profiled in the Women Helping Women in Business publication, produced in partnership with the WEC.
